Refund policy

At Krazy K9 Cookies & Treats we guarantee satisfaction to our customers when purchasing our products.

Because our treats are perishable and consumable, we do not accept returns or refunds.  If your product arrives damaged call us immediately, (within 7 days) so we can file a claim with our shipping service.  Please take photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no additional charge.
