Pupcakes

These cupcakes require no refrigeration or freezing necessary. They are shelf stable for 1 year. They are densely chewy in texture. They are a peanut butter apple cake.  Since these are not birthday specific, they make a great option year round. They are best cut with a serrated knife.

Ingredients: oat flour, applesauce, molasses, honey, peanut butter, peanut oil, baking soda, vanilla extract, ginger and cinnamon. Topped with yogurt coating(yogurt powder, non fat milk powder, modified tapioca starch, egg whites, tapioca maltodextrin, apple pectin, granulated rice and titanium dioxide), vegetable coloring and carob. 

Guaranteed Analysis: crude protein (min.) 7%, crude fat (min.) 23%, crude fiber (max.) 2%, moisture (max.) 6% 

Note: These have our standard shelf life of up to 1 year and do not require refrigeration or freezing. The edges of the cupcake are much darker than the inside, that is completely normal. The molasses and honey in the recipe caramelize to a dark outside color.
